Nokia Symbian S60 mobile phone has a few advantages when compared with the previous series. Active Idle screen presence that makes all the activities in the mobile phone will be faster than usual. Active Idle is a term for a number of Symbian shortcut icons that appear on the main screen. Did you know that if we do access the menu of the icon on the main screen, this can save time if we compare the features without the active idle.
Here are the steps to make the feature active idle
Step 1 
In almost all mobile phone S60 3rd edition, click on Tools. Except in the E75 series, you must select the Control Panel, then select Settings.
Step 2
Select a phone or general for some Nokia phones series E, personalization for N series mobile phone, while specific to the E series phone, you must select the next folder again, the personalization.
Step 3
Select standby mode, or in some other mobile phone call as a Home Screen Mode.
Step 4
Select the Active Idle if it does not become ON in a state of ON. Then select Active Standby Apps. In some other mobile phone brand, Active Idle is replaced with the name Home Screen Theme, then select Active. Then go to Mode Settings, and select Application Shortcuts.
Step 5
On this menu, you will see the 6 shortcuts which can be set up. Click one of the icons, and decide which functions you use often.
