Almost every smart phone equipped with the Voice Notes feature. This feature is useful to replace the paper used to record important things. Step by step:

1. Open Voice Notes feature which is available in Windows Programs
2. Click on the record to record audio in the form of sound
3. Click on the menu and then select play to listen to the audio has been recorded
4. If the audio recordings are less interesting, click on the menu and select delete to delete them. Then repeat step 2 to   make a number of new audio.
5. If you are satisfied with the audio, click on the menu and select rename to create a special title of the audio recording.
6. Click on the menu and select set as ring tone.
7. Ring tone recording the results of the Voice Notes feature will be the default ring tone smart phone.
